Another feature of the brewer's universe...
First there was the tornado, then the wonders of the brewer's universe and now there's the geyser! We recently installed a new set of CO2 tanks. They've got a pretty complex network of hoses holding them together. As with all complex things, it still needs a bit of fine tuning. The most annoying thing about the geyser is how irregular and loud it is. The coolest thing about it (apart from the blast of cold CO2) is the Carbon Dioxide "snow" that vanishes almost as it forms.
