We teamed up with Antone’s for an Oktoberfest-inspired sandwich.
Prost! As part of Antone’s Famous Po’ Boys H-Town Originals initiative, you can grab an Oktoberfest-inspired sandwich at all their locations throughout October. Brock’s Schnitzelfest sandwich is a collaboration between our Founder/Brewer Brock Wagner and Legacy Restaurants Chef Alex Padilla.
Brock figured since you can’t travel to Munich for this year’s Oktoberfest celebration, he’d bring the taste of Munich to you. It’s served on a Toasted Pretzel Bun with a Panko Breaded Pork Chop served with Saint Arnold Oktoberfest Apple Butter, Whole Grain Mustard, and Sauerkraut. We of course recommend pairing it with a can of our Oktoberfest beer.
With Antone’s H-Town Originals, local celebrities and chefs are tasked with creating their own sandwiches, choosing a beneficiary, and helping raise awareness for that particular cause. For Brock’s Schnitzelfest Sandwich, they are committed to donating 50% of proceeds to Texas Children’s Hospital, an organization important to Brock and a regular charitable partner for Saint Arnold.
