SOLD OUT

On Sunday, July 28, we will be hosting the Feast of Saint Arnold, our annual fundraiser for Texas Children’s Hospital’s Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. IBD includes Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis, which together affect 1.4 million people in this country alone. The TCH IBD Center is a leading institution in the treatment and research of these diseases in the juvenile population.

Feast of Saint Arnold is a beer dinner unlike any other event. It features four courses: seafood, pork, poultry, and beef. All are served simultaneously and family-style (or as you would expect medieval knights to be served). The food is the result of our Executive Chef Ryan Savoie and Chef de Partie Joe Knickerbocker – the full menu is below. Reviews from previous years have been enthusiastic, to say the least.

You’ll get to pair the dishes with any of our regular beers, and we’ll also have a few special beers on tap for the evening.

You’ll arrive to our Beer Hall at 5:00 PM, enjoy some hors d’oeuvres and your aperitif beers. At 5:45 prompt, the Feast will commence. Utensils optional. Attire is brewery formal, which only precludes flip-flops.

Reservations are $135 each and include all of your food and beer. In addition, each attendee will take home a brand new Saint Arnold ceramic mug. Drinking from this mug makes you feel like a medieval knight and will definitely put you in the mood for a fitting Feast.

Because tickets are purchased directly from Texas Children’s Hospital, they are tax deductible. This is a popular event and will sell out.

Here’s the full menu for the evening:

Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
Endive Cup with Crab Salad
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Onion Jam

Seafood Course
Garlic Lime Shrimp
with Cabbage and Bean Sprout Salad

On Sunday, July 28, 2019, Saint Arnold Brewing Company will host the 9th Annual Feast of Saint Arnold. Each year, the Feast raises money for the Texas Children’s Hospital’s Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, the first center of its kind in the Southwest and a leading institution nationally. IBD includes Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis, which together affect over 1 million people in this country alone. All the funds from this event go to the potentially transformative research TCH is conducting locally, as well as to underwrite 100% of the tuition for Camp Survived it All for area juvenile GI patients.

The Feast is a beer dinner unlike any other event. It features four courses: seafood, pork, poultry, and beef. All are served simultaneously and family-style (or as you would expect medieval knights to be served). Reviews from previous years have been enthusiastic, to say the least.

We have made a large commitment to support the Texas Children’s IBD Center but cannot do it alone. We need your help. Please join with us in raising funds for this important endeavor. Consider joining us as a sponsor. A full description of the all sponsorship levels and benefits is included in the sponsorship form.

We appreciate your support. Hope to see you at the Feast!

Cheers!
